They look delicious. For the past couple of years we have been making donuts on New Years Day. Traditionally, the mennonites make Portzelky (new years cookies) at this time, but not all of my family likes them (because of the raisins). So now we just do donuts. Jody says he would eat portzelky if they had chocolate chips :)

What a yummy looking post. I can say so as I tasted them first hand and they were finger lickin good! Don't worry about the time we do those crazy things at our house sometimes too. Those are memories.Hint.You should post the recipe in your blog as well. Was that a cooked glaze?

Had a few moments to peruse your blog. I just LOVED your Baby #11 update post on 11-26. Made me cry as you seemed to be writing from my heart. Fun reading about your hockey rink, too. I grew up near Chicago and have fond memories of rink making in the winter. God bless you! Oh, I voted for December 27th.

Your doughnut post so inspired Nancy and I that we ended up at Tim Hortons last night. Thanks
