Yesterday we had breakfast, packed a picnic lunch and headed on a 2 mile walk to the beach. Once again the sight of the ocean took our breath away. Even though our intention was only to walk along the beach, it wasn't long before everyone was rather wet :) After eating our lunch, playing some beach tag and soaking up the sun, we headed to the restaurant for supper. Then it was back to the beach to take in the sunset. And it was beautiful! By then it was time to walk back to the campground where us big kids and dad took a swim. The pool was so warm! And that was our day....needless to say we were all ready for a good sleep!
